Self-Devour
Installation | Performance | Sound Interaction | Film

Using mechanical installations combined with performance and sound interaction, this work portrays the psychological struggles and self-exploitation young urbanites face in pursuing self-fulfilment and social mobility.

Through the metaphor of the snake, symbolizing the duality of desire and life, destruction and eternity, it explores society’s implicit encouragement of self-extraction, reflecting the endless cycles of effort and inner turmoil experienced by individuals striving for success.
